In spite of challenges and struggles we each face, it&#039;s important to remember who we are as sons and daughters in Christ and that we are indeed seated in heavenly places. I had not previously heard the perspective to &quot;look down&quot; on top of our circumstances - very good.

I believe it&#039;s important to be aware of the power of our declarations - “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit&quot; (Proverbs 18:21). Focusing on the challenge (i.e., a health struggle) and not on God, can pull us further in the valley. What a wonderful blessing to know that we, through the strength and power of God, can rise above any challenge.
